Phil Meza again...Eric testing on the machine thats "suspect" ain't the
way to go
the tests are inconclusive...Used Ramometer "Over under sideways and
down"
(Loved the Yardbirds!) I to purchased a full GIG of ram FPM from
Velocity over a
year ago and had bad sticks (2) from their tests. I sent all sticks (8)
back for full evaluation
and they were returned error free, that was not without a lengthy
conversation with their
support staff. Anyway after purchasing a 2nd S900 I decided to buy my
memory
FPM from OWC, no problems, not a solicitation here but you need "fresh"
sticks for
a comparision and the cost of ram is still fairly cheap. Buy 4 sticks
(128's) you'll
need it anyway, also consider a testing source. Help please...Listers
are you there?
