Sort of. The Beige G3 CPU uses a different connector than the S900.
The CPUs used in teh Beige are called ZIF upgrades. They have a 17 X
17 array of pins on the bottom which plugs into a ZIF (zero insertion
force) socket.

The S900 uses an edge card connector similar but quite different from
a PCI type connector. So, on first glance the Beige G3 CPU will
not work in the S900.

However, a few companies built what are called Carrier ZIF cards.
These plug into the S900 socket and they have a ZIF socket on the
card. They're basically an adapter to let you use the Beige G3 CPUs
in your S900 and similar model Macs.

Most of the S900s shipped with the TT cards, but some of them shipped
with other video cards. I'm not sure if the ATI card was one of
them.
