I'm not sure that I entirely understand your question. But for 
example, you are running 2 computers on the network and you use a 
program like Eudora, you can set up each computer to retrieve its own 
mail or you can centralize it on the S900 and have mail from both 
addresses automatically retrieved. So 2 people can send individual 
mail from individual machines but have a central retrieval. You have 
many options and all depends upon how you set up the mail program. I 
hope this helps.
