Alan- my wife and I share our DSL connection through a router. All mail 
goes to both computers, but is filtered to different folders. It is a 
convenient way to do it. We then have the email client delete stuff 
from the server after a week so that we make sure we both get it. She 
has 2  email addresses and I have 3, but it works smoothly. We use Mail 
v.2 which I highly recommend- once you go to OS X. Otherwise Outlook 
and Eudora offer the necessary features...

Yes, just fine. It's fine for the network too, unless you do a lot of 
large file transfers. I don't find the speed a problem.
