This shareware software has a little "cut" button that you can click WHILE recording and it separates the audio into separate tracks. When the tape reaches the gap between songs, you just click the "cut" button and everything keeps going. At the end of the recording when you push "stop", it asks you to name the file, and it creates separate files along the lines of FILENAME_part1, FILENAME_part2, and so on. Much easier than editing one huge file after it's finished recording. You have to attend the recording doing this rather than just letting it run through the entire tape, but I've found I save time in the end.
