I guess maybe a few questions about this issue might help to narrow down the culprit.
1) Does anybody have this problem with an OS other than OS 9.1? 2) Does anybody have this problem on a machine other than a UMAX, or better yet, possibly only s900 or J700? Has it happened to anybody with an Apple Machine? (OK, that's more than one Q :) 3) Does it seem like you went for a long time using OS 9.1 before this ever happened? Did it only seem to start occurring in the last 6 months or so? Maybe this is a relatively new UMAX hardware/OS conflict? Also, look over my main configuration to see if you have any similar components.
