The thing I like about Spam reporting is that it's proactive, and may
actually provide results, unlike filtering which just hides the problem. In
a perfect world, everyone would know which emails are reportable and which
aren't, making services like SpamCop very valuable. But of course that isn't
the case. Still, we need to fight back I think.

I like to fight back also.  The email from Intego is the very first one that 
I have received from them.  
I also get all the ones you are referring to.  I am a 75 year old female and 
also get the one about adding inches.  I have to laugh everytime that one 
comes along.
