No, but an S900 or J700 motherboard will. However, you would have to mess with the Umax's front sound ports one way or another. And the rear I/O Gasket (EMI shield) where the SCSI, serial and ADB port on the PTP are located is different on the Umax from the PTP, but that's a removable rectangle of metal that can be replaced.
