Use a throwaway address for your list posts. When the spam gets too deep, unsubscribe, abandon the address, and resubscribe with a new one.
This is really the best approach. I use Hotmail for this list, and I don't really care how much spam it gets, since it doesn't get automatically downloaded to my computers like a POP mail account. It's easy enough to delete all the junk every day, since I check it at least once a day anyways.
Hotmail also does not have my real name or address, so my privacy is protected!
