In case anyone was interested, OWC was doing a clearance sale on 128 MB 
DIMMs for $19.50, according to the Tips and Deals email I received 
yesterday.  Sorry, don't have the direct link to the item but 
macsales.com will get you there.  I've heard OWC has been pretty good 
with quality and the price is pretty good.  The fact is that chip fabs 
are pumping out DDR chips and the legacy DIMMs are going to start going 
up simply because demand isn't there anymore so supply dwindles.  
PC-133 SDRAM has been steadily going up as well.
