Hi Rob, Oops, without looking at the switch on the headphone jack I wasn't sure whether it connected or disconnected the output. Just the same, that is odd, it shouldn't affect the line out jack either way. Perhaps the mobo connector to the l/o jack is faulty? HTH, paul -- Paul F.
