Allen, read my post again. I have a computer running
10.2.8 (not 10.3) running four 9 gig SCSI drives. The
machine is actually a 266 G3 with a 533 mHz G4 CPU
upgrade. Also attached are a 4 gig and an 80 gig IDE
Maybe I just haven't been paying attention, but this
is the first time I've heard SCSI isn't supported in
10.3.

In fact, I have a whole bunch of SCSI drives. I guess
I could always put them in other Macs if I needed to,
but I had been thinking about going to Panther. I'd
sure hate to loose 36 gigs of space to an OS upgrade.

I guess maybe I'll stop buying used SCSI drives. Too
bad though. I just bought an 18 gig Seagate that had
been recycled (5 bucks). It was bad but turned out to
still be under warranty. Seagate just sent me a
reconditioned drive.
