Some of you may remember the video problems I have had on my S900. I was able to get the ATI Rage card working by removing the power cord and the PRAM battery for a while, and it booted fine and the greenish cast I had with the stock TT card was gone. It worked okay for a while, but now it's back to booting with no video again. I tried once again with removing power and PRAM battery. No good. I even tried putting the stock TT card back in, tried putting the cards in different slots, checked PRAM battery voltage, re-seated the RAM, re-seated both processor cards, pulled the secondary proc card, tried booting from my OS 9 CD ( doesn't work), re-setting PRAM. Nothing works! It will give the startup chime, and the drives spin up, but that's all I get. From the symptoms (no video, no boot from CD, can't re-set PRAM) my guess is the mainboard has gone flaky or died. Before I either begin the search for a new board or just gut it and scrap it, can anybody suggest anything I haven't tried yet? I'm really starting to regret swapping my Beige G3 for this POS, but I really wanted a dual-processor machine........
