The SeaMonkey project is proud to present SeaMonkey 2.4: The new major

Building on the same Mozilla platform as the newest Firefox release, it
delivers the latest developments in web technologies such as HTML5,
hardware acceleration and improved JavaScript speed.

SeaMonkey 2.4 is available in 24 languages, for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

Why aren't the Windows 2.4b3 versions that are on the beta channel
showing an update with Help|Check for update?

If the user was testing 2.4b3, and that version is no longer beta, it
would seem logical to upgrade to 2.4 final - even if the beta channel is
set.

It was deemed for Firefox not to upgrade from "last beta" to "release", I decided to follow suit.

I will be building 2.5b1 ASAP, and our b3 will upgrade to that.
