The bank was California Oaks State Bank. It merged with the slightly
larger California United Bank the beginning of 2011. Their Web systems
were merged a month ago.

California Oaks State Bank no longer exists. The Web system at
California United Bank either does not sniff or else it sniffs for
"Gecko". I can now access my account with the UA string
        Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:8.0.1) Gecko/20111121
                SeaMonkey/2.5
without any spoofing of Firefox.

I seem to recall only one other Web site that would not accept
        Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:8.0.1) Gecko/20111121
                Firefox/8.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.5
It must not be one I visit frequently because I cannot remember what
site it was.

Note that some sites do not require spoofing until you navigate to the
meaty parts. For example, Adobe Systems allows you even to logon
without any spoofing, without "Advertise Firefox compatibility".
However, you cannot download any software for SeaMonkey without spoofing
Firefox.
