Hey, Mort, have you been back to tell the "store geek" (or his/her supervisor) about the standard of advise/service you received??

If a User is happy to use defaults, then the program should work O.K., but if a User wants to go down the "Custom Install"/Special profile location, the recovered installation should also do so!!
