Is there any way that I could export Seamonkey bookmarks and use them on an

Don't know as I do not ahve an Android table, but have you tried any of
the bookmark apps?
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cb56.BookmarksEasyImport>
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.findheart.syncoid>
etc
Also as Ed pointed out, you can try sync:
<https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-bookmarks-firefox-android>
<https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mobile/customize/sync>
The first one imports bookmarks only from *.htm files; the second one doesn't
seem to have an import function.
I'll try the Firefox sync method first; appreciate the cautions and other
suggestions from this NG . . . .
I just tried the 'new' Firefox sync using Firebox v29 for Android and it seems
to work great.
I have probably a thousand bookmarks, stored in complex jungle of folders, and
everything seems to stay in its proper place on my tablet.
The only thing missing is the trusty "Open All in Tabs" option which I use to
open related bookmarks all at once, for instance the newspapers I read every morning.
