Just it seems, to me, a shame to have to install an extension just to do (only) something which SM can do natively!
Just saying the an extension can do it without having to edit the config. It also does more that what SeaMonkey can to natively. There is also the convenience factor. For example yes you can disable JavaScript "natively" in SeaMonkey, but there can be value in an extension like NoScript that gives you convenient way to toggle it.
