apparently, works for Adobe Flash movies and will work for FutureSplash
movie (whatever they will be!!).

That "activate Adobe Flash" page very quickly disappears and is replaced
by a screen stating .....
"Error loading media: File could not be played.

      Sorry there is a problem with this video.
      We could not load the video stream you requested".

Is my Adobe Flash not able to play this T.V. program?? Or is there
something else I need to be doing??

As advised by others here, I contacted ABC Help over the week-end and
they e-mailed back today .....

Carried out those instructions and no change (except I've update from Flash
10 to Flash 27!!).

So now awaiting a further response from ABC Help.

You may well be on a fool's errand. I recall the first (and last) time I contacted HP support for a new printer. The person I reached told me to start by defragging my hard drive. I realized I was not going to get any useful help from them. The gal even talked about how that didn't make sense to her either but that is what all the other reps would tell customers. In other words, the entire support staff had no idea how to fix anything and they simply had a few worthless suggestions to try.

I had a problem with either Netflix or Hulu once using their service with a smart TV box. They said the problem was in the box and I need to talk to the maker about it. Funny, it works with all the other services!
