To start ebase, all I do is double click on the ebase icon created after I
ran the install. It starts to open, and then crashes.
As to other software installed, I am doing this on my home computer, which
has all kinds of kids software installed, though none is running at the time
of the crash. I also have old versions of AOL, real.com, realjukebox etc,
Microsoft office, Quickbooks, outlook express. I have probably uninstalled
all sorts of other things in the past too - the PC is nearly 4 yrs old, so
if that could have caused the problem, it doesn't sound like there's much
hope for identifying it.
I do have plenty of hard disk and memory still available I think.
Unfortuately I don't have any tech support readily available.
