EVEN BEYOND ADDING NAMES, PAYMENTS, ACTIONS, ETC., ANOTHER SCENARIO TO
WATCH OUT FOR IS IF YOU USE THE SECOND COPY (NOT THE MASTER COPY) FOR
ACTIVIST OR CONTACT WORK.  IF YOU SEND ALERTS OR FUNDRAISING APPEALS AND
CREATE SOURCE CODES AND CONTACT RECORDS OR TAKE OTHER SIMILAR ACTIONS,
YOU WILL BE CREATING RECORDS IN CERTAIN FILES THAT WON'T EXIST IN THE
MASTER COPY.  THIS IS A LITTLE MORE INSIDIOUS PROBLEM AND RISK AS MUCH
OF IT HAPPENS IN THE BACKGROUND AND YOU MIGHT FORGET THAT YOU ARE
CHANGING THE FILES WHEN YOU DO IT.
