Gary,

Thanks for your help, but I am having a little trouble. I installed a
fresh install of ebase on the second computer. It runs fine and opens up
with a single record for Marshal Meyer of Helena, MT. Then I copy all of
the files from my backup of ebase that have an extension of.102 to the
new ebase directory. I select all files and make sure that the read only
attribute is not set. Then when I run ebase I don't get my old data,
just the fresh copy of the database with Marshall Meyer in it. Am I
doing something wrong? Have I left out a critical step somewhere?

Thanks,

~Rodney
