As I understand it (please chime in Bob or Marshall if you're out there), the runtime application (the file named ebase.exe on hte PC and ebase on the Mac) is specific to the platform (PC vs Mac) but the rest of the files are cross platform. I regularly use ebase on both PC and Mac, but do so using Filemaker. It may be possible to have both PC and Mac runtimes in the ebase folder and then operate fully cross platform, but I haven't tried it yet.
I'd guess you need only the PC application (ebase.exe) and the files from the Mac to be ready to go. I have an old .100 version around my backups somewhere and could provide it if needed. It's about 1.2 MB. Copy the Mac files to the PC, put the ebase.exe file in the same folder and you should be ready to go. Of course, as Walt says, you could do the same by downloading v.1.03 and then upgrading ebase. That's a little tricky and you'd probably need assistance, but v.1.00 was a bit buggy so it's not a bad idea to upgrade.
