I have a 386 set up for my DAd with Win 3.1
   IT has 4 meg of RAM, and a 60 meg HArd Drive.
   If you just want windows you could use a smaller HArd Drive, but
If you want other programs, Ole is right.
   I wanted to add that Windows eats RAM like crazy, so the more RAM
you can squeeze into your machine, the better. Even the difference
between 4 meg and 6 or 8 meg can be noticeable on a computer this
slow.
