Got it now. They just say "DOS" without saying the version, but when
they say "Windows" they say the various versions it runs under/needs.
I think because most DOS programs will run on DOS 3.3, with a few
requiring v5. The system requirements for eg 3.3 vs 6.22 aren't all
that different, but the specs needed for W3.1 vs NT4 are huge!
Also the services each (psuedo) operating system provides.

Don't know; never used or heard of WinPlay.
