I have allready tried to intrest afew newspapers and TV shows in
this matter (Accessing internet with SurvPCs or other methods to
allow people without the "required" means to access.).

Unforuntaly most of them claimed that its either "known facts"
or "unintresting material". I'll keep trying.
I've got another project in mind which might actually work. I'll
let you know.
