Its the "Hebrew Enabled" Windows 95, which means its non of the above,
or any version you have probebly ever heard of.
Microsoft Israel seems to like to make the 'local versions' to be
as unique as possible. No easter eggs, all new bugs, and most suprising:
no upgrades! They actually do NOT make any bug-fix and upgrades. Also,
US upgrades/bug-fixs will not work on the Israeli version.
