Possibly, depending on which stretch of cable you mean.  ISTR Ethernet (or
basically any cable-based networking) has much higher bandwidth and much
lower tolerance than composite video (or broadcast TV).  I've got a couple
of coaxial video cables in my AV setup that aren't sufficiently reliable to
carry network traffic.  OTOH, I have a medium-grade (OFC) phono interconnect
serving as the backbone of my Ethernet.  So it's 'try-it-and-see' much of
the time.

And be careful when you open up some of the blades for the first time.
Especially the serrated one.  It was oiled and sharpened so well it took a
few millimetres right off the tip of my finger without me noticing a thing
until the blood dripped into my coffee...
