What I called the expensive solution was to use the Recognita program to OCR
the files from the faxes. You can store a fax file in a graphics format,
like PCX, and then tell Recognita to scan from image and use that filename.
It is expensive because Recognita itself is not very cheap. However, if you
have any reliable OCR software at hand, just use it - at least that's what I
do. Keep in mind though that the faxes should be sent in fine resolution.
