HI, Oh, It's a new disk, just over a month old?  Assuming that all the
suggestions about BIOS that we saw did not do the trick, then it may be time
to find out how well the manufacturer backs up their warranty promises.
Most manufacturers warranty the disk, so you can buy a used disk cheap that
doesn't work with say, one year left on a five-year warranty, and the
manufacturer will repair or replace it under warranty.  I know that IBM,
Western Digital, and Seagate do thiat.
