hi all,
its really simple, but important as i just discovered.
as m uch as i love wordperfect, one shouldnot always use it to edit text
files. something about the construction canmake small changes or wrap lines
when you least expectit. red.com the ne that comes with nettamer is not the
best of text editors. can anyone suggest a simple dos text editor for me?
or wonder of wonders does anyone still have a copy of edline, the old
pre-edit dos text editor? for some reason, edit and my screenreader donot
like each other.
also, as this keeps coming up off list for me, and as i think i asked once
before, a good html reader for dos?
just to read the files off line, i remember that someone suggested that you
can edit html filesin a standard text editor, with care of course.
thanks,
karen
