For windows, though, there's nothing I've seen that's nicer than
Dreamweaver for drag and drop webpage creation.  It's more powerful than
frontpage and the toolbars can bewhilder, but it can work on drag and drop
and type and you can learn as you go.  The code produced is very clean and
sensible also.  If you wish a hand editor for the same environment, NoteTab
Pro is a lovely bit of software.  It has built in html codes you can click
into your work.  you can set up tables and insert pictures and links,
choose colors for things, all manner of html.  After awhile you even get to
understand how they are coded.  BR breaks a line, for example and HR is a
line, a horizontal rule.
