Hi, Karen; I have Edlin, if you want a Dos 5 or a Dos 6.22 version just
ask! The Dos 5 machine's not on right now but will be up later tonight
<G>
I like QEdit quite a lot; WordStar commands, pretty small executable.
(SemWare makes it, it's now called "The Semware Editor".)
http://vivid.nbank.net/~semware/testdrive/tsejr4.zip for a Shareware TSE
Junior test drive,
http://vivid.nbank.net/~semware/testdrive/tsedos25.zip for a Test Drive
of the Professional version. There are a lot of other good small
editors, this's one of those personal taste things <G>
There are de-html programs that strip off the HTML "stuff" that might
help you get at the real contents of a file, not sure what you want
there.
