I don't think so, in DOS they simply dont seem to exist, I've tried.  I
have had to do them individually.  Trying to delete it from the content
folder down told me I did not have permission to delete it.  I have found
the only way is from windows explorer, in the tree pane of the viewer,
select and delete each sub folder individually.  Even so, I do know there
are many software utilities that can do this, if the tedium is more than
one can stand.

They are contained as individual files, in the content.IE5 folder, along
with some of the website cache, there also seems that there can be cookies
in the subfolders.
