Well, after purchasing the "Professional" version of 98lite, I am only
using 378mb of HD space, on my main drive. That will vary, of course,
because Win98 seems to use a temporary swap file, unlike WFWGs that
would let you fix the size.
I also moved a lot of stuff over to my second drive. I use it for
downloaded picture from Ebay, install files, scans of old motorcycle
magazines, and a few pieces of DOS software (Digger for one :-), etc.
Now the second drive is almost full! Only about 5x megs out of 3xx
left! Maybe I'll have to replace it with one of my extra single gig
drives.
This is running on a IBM 6x86 (CyrixMII) running at 233mhz. I am
curious how well it would run on one of my 486s, However. Maybe I'll
try it when mt newest toy gets here :-) I bought another Unisys 486
server with an EISA bus :-)
