You can fix the size, but it's a bad idea to set an upper limit. After
all, it won't ever use more than it needs, right? I've often set minimum
limits when I'm using a restricted drive size so that I can be sure that
temporary files won't crowd the swap file and cause me to lose data. On my
laptop which is using a very small drive I actually created a separate
partition for it and set the swap there.
