Whatever Day, nobody told you MC was better than DOS. You asked about Linux
equivalents for some tools, and suggestions were made that you check them
out. When pointed to NC, you complained that the keymappings weren't exactly
the same as its DOS counterpart. So I'm sticking by "tools like NC". Close
enough.

And on CD? Online? Didn't we just go through all this? There's a full load
of documentation on CD, and online. I pulled that reference directly out of
the online manual for 7.2. What's stopped you reading it since? I can see
where you didn't read it when the install failed, but I was responding to a
posting from YESTERDAY, well after I pointed you to the RedHat docs on CD
and online. I used RedHat as an example because you said you had it. Other
distributions you have likely have equivalents. What are you using now? Why
do you refuse to look up references that are provided in response to your
problems? Are you posting here just to moan, or do you really want help?

I've never seen this, Day. So I can't comment. With the other problems you
had, maybe it's hardware. Hard to say. I never had it blow up during an
install like that.

Did you start TELLING them what was wrong, or did you describe the problem?
Was it during the support period that you're entitled to when you purchase
the product? It's NOT a lifetime deal.

Now Day, you surely don't blame this on the OS for that.
