I really think that the Best Western needs to get their act together concerning
reservations. The last time I reserved a room for myself and a friend, they
had us in several different rooms. I wasn't happy about moving every couple of
days having made a reservation for one room.
I made a reservation about a month ago and called to confirm it this morning
and I am glad that I did because they had it wrong again. If I get there next
week and they still have it wrong I will not be so understanding.
