Do you have any more info on this? What php-based application are you
refurring to?

What exactly are the differences in syncing between WM2003 & WM5+? There
are still alot of WM2003 devices out there (i'm one of them ;)) that
work perfectly, dropping support of these seems premature, if i may say
so.
