I know this should probably go to the Compact list (&/or the Vintage
list)... but I am unable to post to them...
Is there any specific trick to upgrading the HD in an SE? I tried 3
different drives (500MB-1GB) and I get a sad-mac on boot every time
(the 20MB drive the mac came with works fine).
All cable and jumper combos have been checked. The one config that
should work gives the sad mac on all 3 drives (all the other configs
give nothing -- Lido reports, "Arbitration failed!! Check connections
and terminators on all SCSI devices")
