What about daemons which drop privileges on their own? Shouldn't we provide a directive to set the directory owner/group? If this scheme is not flexible enough to cover the vast majority of all cases (for services), then I fear we'd end up half of the services using RuntimeDirectory, the other half a tmpfile. And that imho would be even more confusing. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth? _______________________________________________ systemd-devel mailing list systemd-devel@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/systemd-devel
