I think that that's a bit of a feature of the way that the site works -
if you're logged in and aren't signed up to "OSM Analysis" that seems to
be what happens. If you logout and subscribe (perhaps by
"http://www.itoworld.com/static/product_subscribe?product=OSM%20Analysis"; it
should work).
