Jag gick in i JOSM och på första sidan finns den en länk som heter "state your decision". Där klickade jag. Det ser ut som länken går till https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/terms, men eftersom jag redan accepterat så kommer jag automatiskt till sidan med inställningar. /B
