Hi.  Try a program called CDEX.  it is about a thousand times easier.

It's an older program but it still works like a champ, even in Windows 7 and 10.

It is 100% accessible with Window-eyes. One important thing to note is that all tracks on a cd are selected by default, so if you arrow up and down in the list of tracks, and you want to rip the entire cd, you'll need to close, and then re-open the program for it to work propperly. To extracta cd track into mp3, hit f9. you can adjust the different options with the f4 key.

You can even select the type of encoder used. This determines the file format. You can rip into mp3, uncompressed wav, flac, and a number of other formats. Give it a shot.
