hi rod,
have you also considered the RCA galileo pro for $80 from walmart or the walmart online store or app? if you can't or don't want to spend the $200 to $300 for an ipod touch and bluetooth keyboard, why not get a good android 2-in-1 like the RCA galileo pro, install brailleback and soft braille keyboard and off you go. the sound is a bit tinny its speaker isn't stereo but it works fine and when you use with wired or bluetooth speakers or headphones the sound is great. and talkback is a very good screen reader and thanks to all the feedback I've been giving their developers I hope it'll get much much better.
