I don't think so but could be wrong.

Subject: Re: Window-Eyes to JAWS Migration

So I have a question and maybe Doug or someone else from the
Window-eyes end of things can answer this one. Currently, I use Dec-talk
Access 32 as my primary synthesizer. Old habbits die hard, folks. Could never
quite get comfortable using Elloquence, but that's a personal thing. So the
question is if I take this offer and migrate to JAWS 18 will I still be able to
use Dec-talk as my synthesizer? Many moons ago, I think it was 2009 or so, I
used JAWS and had Dec-talk so I don't see a reason why I couldn't use it again
but time marches on, and I understand that people don't use it much these days.

So I was curious as to how that would go. If I can't, it's ok because I can
always switch back and forth between the 2 but I figured I might ask.
