Orlando,
I have no idea why, but for some reason the video hooking errors have
been common with insider builds since Windows 10 was released. Hopefully
the final release will once again work fine.

Tom

All I know is that the last four Windows 10 insider previews and the
latest Creator Edition produce video errors each time Window-eyes
launches, which in turn causes Window-eyes not to read many active
windows in various applications: no cursor or mouse, just blank lines.
Certain applications, including most Windows settings, still read better
with Window-eyes than Jaws, but until the video driver situation can be
worked around, I suspect I'll always encounter these non reading
screens, including Eudora, Microplanet Gravity, parts of Office, etc.
