Hi, I previously, I had WE 9.5.4 on the system but the download for that version was only an upgrade installation and not a complete installation. So, I had to use a version that had the full install. I have already tried to use that 9.5.4 upgrade installeer and got the same certificate blocked error. Can one still get a full install of 9.5.4?
