There was already a HouseNumberTaggingTool for josm, which has an
increment of 2 each time you open it. This could be done via shortcut K.
So use one hand for selecting next building/entrance/what ever with the
mouse and the other hand for pressing first K and then Enter. It's
pretty fast if you have an increment of 2.
