4) All software has bugs, even known bugs. All I can advise you to do is to just read the comments on the 5.0.8 realease again. And a bit more thoroughly this time. It's not about bugs, known or unknown, it's about real annoyances and problems, experienced by people who have to pay mony for it. In short, they let people pay for software that has trouble with basic functions, like filtering and virtual folders. Moreover, it did take less than a day after release to notice those problems. I think that's a crying shame.
